I am planning a 3 night girls only trip with my mom and 2 sisters, 4/29 - 5/2. We are trying to decide between a 2 bedroom/2 bath at Bonnet Creek (through Vacation Strategy) or a 3 bedroom/2 bath at Windsor Hills (private owner condo rental). Bonnet Creek is $25 more, so price isn't really a factor. They are leaving it up to me and I keep changing my mind on which to choose, please help!

At Bonnet Creek we will have 3 beds (1 room with king, 1 room with 2 doubles) and a sofa sleeper. At Windsor Hills there are 4 beds; 2 of the rooms have a queen bed and the 3rd room has 2 twin beds.

My husband and I have stayed at Bonnet Creek before and really like it. I am not familiar with Windsor Hills, but I think it gets high ratings too.

Your input is much appreciated!

Bonnet Creek for sure. We prefer Bonnet Creek, but sometimes choose WH when Bonnet Creek is significantly more $. Bonnet Creek has more of a resort feel with lots of activities and much more to do. WH is nice, but has a more residential feel.

I have stayed at Windsor Hills twice with my family and we are staying at Bonnet Creek the end of April. I think Windsor Hills is great for family's as is Bonnet Creek but from my research, Bonnet Creek seems to have a more resort feel which might be better for a girls trip.

If you see yourself at the parks all day and night, I would do Windsor Hills. If you think you'd be interested in taking breaks from the park and do some other activities, Bonnet Creek. Windsor is more laid back, quiet, and more like a neighborhood with a clubhouse and pool.

So what is there to do in Bonnet Creek? I just wonder why people like it so much, even over having a private pool and more bedrooms.

There are several pools, lazy river, playgrounds, onsite bar/restaurant w/ karaoke, an overall resort feel as opposed to a residential neighborhood that you get with WH.

Its a fantastic resort, great pools. I could never stay in a villa with a small pool after staying at Bonnet Creek. We stay for three weeks every year in August and most of the time we have the pool to ourselves in the morning (tower 4). Also its very close to the parks. We love all the activities, quizzes, singers etc. Highly recommend.
