My entire trip was planned and we were so excited to stay at CBR but we are a party of 5 ladies, all adults, and now we are rethinking the Murphy bed and think that we need a better sleeping situation.
We are now considering The Fort Wilderness Cabins or All Star Music suite (since these 2 fit better in our budget) and I was hoping for some help from those of you that have stayed at one of them before.

There are 5 of us.
Me (56)
my mom (82)- she will use a wheelchair to get around the parks and the resorts.
sister (49)
daughter (36)
daughter (26)

I was nervous about the sleeping arrangements (pull out sofa and chair) at the suites and was leaning toward the cabins until I read about the bus system. My 2 girls were leaning toward the suites but I am concerned about 3 of us having to sleep on a pull out sofa or chair and how comfortable they are. Sister doesn't care and my mom has never been so she doesn't care, she is just ready to go!

Can anyone that has stayed at the Fort Wilderness cabins help me understand the bus system.
It just seems that it would it be way too difficult and tedious to get my mama on one of the internal buses just to get to the Outpost depot or Settlement depot and then off one bus and on another one with a wheelchair. And is it true that the only way to get to MK from Fort Wilderness is on the boat? No buses to MK?

Can anyone that has stayed at ASMu tell me if adult ladies (normal size) would be comfortable in the sleepers at ASMu.

I would love to here what you like or don't like about either of the resorts. There is only a $55 price difference so that doesn't really play a factor.

:thanks: all in advance!

Have you thought about just getting two rooms at one of the value resorts? It will be cheaper than the family suite and you'll have four regular beds.

I agree with this. I think you will be far more comfortable with the 4 regular beds you would get in 2 value rooms.

I'd also go with 2 rooms at a value resort. Each room has 2 double beds. So no one would have to be in a pull out. You and your daughters can share a room, and your sister & mom can have a room. When booking, have both reservations linked as traveling together and have request noted on reservation you'd like adjoining rooms.

With your mom in a wheelchair I think Fort Wilderness will be to difficult. Many people rent golf carts so they can get around easier. It's very spread out, and having to take a bus to get to the park bus will be hard on mom.

There are no values available for our dates during the free dining promo.
We have done that many time and would have definitely done 2 rooms at a value but that is not an option :(.
