Please help me choose a restaurant for bday

I am deciding between the California Grill watching fireworks or the Rose and Crown watching Illuminations for my hubby's b-day. Any suggestions?

Well I just read yesterday on disboards that California Grill does not dim the lights or play the music from Wishes anymore. So I would vote for Rose and Crown if you want to see the show. However, I would not depend on seeing the show from R&C, it is not definite.
