Please help, last min trip, so overwhelmed!

You guys are awesome, thanks so much for the links, I will check them out! I appreciate all of your thoughts & advice. I just need to remember that we are not going to be able to do everything & that's ok! And that my girls will have a great time....And not to wear them out to where they are not having fun. I'd hate to skip animal kingdom but I do like the idea of possibly doing that for half a day, take a break and maybe head to Hollywood studios. I don't think I'd regret going to the Mickey Christmas party...and if you can enter the park at 4, that could be a fun way to have a sleep in day, hang out at the resort and then go....so many decisions!

Epcot decorated for Christmas does sound wonderful! And a friend of mine so graciously offered for me to borrow her double stroller. I really just wanted to bring a small umbrella stroller for my 3.5 year old, but I know my 5, almost 6 year old will get so tired of walking after one day, let alone 3-4 days.

It looks like most of the character meals are already booked up, that's what I get for planning such a last minute trip ;).

Thanks again, you guys rock!

If they're important to you, keep checking back on the meals - people drop out all the time!

you may be surprised at your kids lol my 7 yo in Feb was a 16 hour day trooper lol She STILL wanted to keep going but mom and dad had to rest :D It is amazing the adrenaline they get being there..almost scary lol

Even now when we drop by Disneyland... she will try to keep us there about 12 hours ... ummmm no lol
