Please Help - I know it's a broken record but I'm completely overwhelmed

We are surprising my family with a trip next week and I didn't plan much and now I'm starting to regret it. I know it's on the boards somewhere, and I've looked, but find the whole thing completely overwhelming. We have park-to-park passes for Saturday (19th), Sunday (20th) and Monday (21st). We are staying offsite, but got a room for one night at RPR for the 20th-21st so we can get early entry and express passes. I know the crowd level will be high so I'm not sure what our plan of attack should be for the parks. My kids are 9 and 6. I get motion sickness so I doubt I'll be riding many rides. I'm not concerned from a food perspective, but what should our plan for the parks be? Where to first? What rides take the express pass for the days we have it (I tried looking on Universal's site and didn't see it)? Since I get sick what rides can I actually go on? Help experts? Or possibly point me in the right direction if it's already been listed - I tried to do my research, but came up somewhat empty handed. Thank you!!

The rides that don't accept express pass are : Pteranodon flyers, Kang and Kodas twirl and Hurl, Gringotts, Hogwarts express, Forbidden Journey

Since you're booked for RPR, you'll also get the extra morning hour. Take advantage of that. Do the HP areas then. If you find only one park has the extra morning hour and it's the same park both mornings, then still go into the park early and head over to Hogwarts Express. This will get you in the right end of the park so when they do open, you can get on before the rope drop hoards. (Also, keep in mind that if a ride is having issues, then they'll open up the other park. Only IOA was open when we were there for the early hour but FJ was down one morning, so they opened up Hogwarts Express Early as well as Escape from Gringott).

As for motion sickness, know when to look away from the screen or close your eyes. There are some rides that I know I can't do - like Storm Force Accelerator (like teacups) or the Dr. Suess Carosel (Yep, calm ride that I can't handle due to the circles). The other rides I can handle but need to look away for some. I wear sea bands as well. Those rides that I need to look away at times are Simpsons, Spiderman, Minions, and Forbidden Journey. I do close my eyes in MIB in just one part but it's super short and spinning in a circle.

I think you are going to be pleasantly surprised at the crowds your first couple of days.

I get motion sick too. The only ones who have given me problems are Simpsons and forbidden journey. I just close my eyes as soon as I feel not right and I'm ok. I don't do the storm force one. I did rip rock and roll and the feeling dragons, motion sickness wasn't a problem but it hurt my head

The lovely thing about universal is that everyone can go through the line for the ride. Then if you're not tall enough to ride or don't want to ride, you exit where they tell you to.

Get to RPR early on the 20th so you can have early entry that day. Don't forget to get the express passes from the kiosk then walk/boat/jitney on over to the park of choice!
