Please help! How do I make requests on the Swan site?

I remember someone saying how to make requests for the Swan and Dolphin over the internet. I have just received my Starwood Perferred card and would like to e-mail my requests. Does anyone have that web page? Also, what should I request? My best friend (who will be turning 40 on the trip) and I will be going without husbands or kids!! I want to make this a special trip for her.

I don't make a specific request. I just very humbly request a complimentary upgrade if at all possible (I book a standard room using the teacher rate). One time, our comp upgrade was to Club Level.
