Please Help Fasspass+ Problem

Can someone please help me? I just started to link my tickets on MDE. I had no problem with the first day Nov. 30th. Last night and today I tried to get three fastpass+ for December 1st and a yield sign came up. I click details and it reads "The following Guests will be removed from your party. Jim

What am I doing wrong? It wants to remove Jim because his fastpass limit is reached.

What kind of tickets (and how many "days") does "Jim" have?

What kind of tickets (and how many "days") do the "non-Jim" members of your party have?
 
We all had 10-day Park Hopper NE. I did have two extra tickets that had 1 day hoppers. I thought I had the right tickets when I entered them on line. I might have entered a 1 day ticket by accident. Is this my problem?

If you did that (and entered it under "Jim's" name,) it could certainly be the problem.

Each guest needs enough "days" worth of tickets in the MDE file to cover each FP+ day.
 

How would I fix the problem? Deactivate the ticket on the site and use the correct ticket? How would I activate the one day ticket so I don't loose it after I deactivate it? Is this how I correct my problem?

You can call and have WDW's IT dept. do that, if you like.
(You won't lose the ticket.)

-OR-
Just ADD the correct ticket to the account.

Then, after you arrive at WDW, just go to any Guest Relations outside a theme park, or at TTC, or at either location in DTD, and have the CM there set the correct ticket to the highest priority.
That highest priority ticket will be used BEFORE any other ticket is accessed.
