please help a harrased ASD mom

I have seen on some the other boards some of the fab disigns you have come up with and after reading the stickies not sure where to post this... so here goes.
i have 2 kids with "invisible" disabilities and would love some tink magic for them.
what i would like please is some t shirts stating they have autism and ADHd, wrapped up in a nice disney way so as not to offend.
before i request anything special, do these designs exist, are they modifiable and how do i get them printed?
i will happily exchange british bits (i know you americans love our cadburys flakes , for my designs.

I'm sure rumblytumbly will personalize them for you, just be patient with her as she is still on a vacation, I believe..she is incredible tho..
