Please for the love of Walt Disney, ban bigots

I have been reporting and reporting bigots' post where they spew transphobia and racism and every single one of them is still in the boards. The only conclusion I can reach is that the mods agree with the bigotry. Mods have told us not to engage and report. I am trying but see no progress at all. Why is bigotry being accepted here???
