Please explain Mickey Monitor

I see Mickey Monitor mentioned a lot but don't really know what it is. Can someone explain this to me, I'm a newbie.

Hi! The Mickey Monitor is a newsletter for Annual Pass holders. It has info about WDW, hours, special events happening, etc. When you activate your AP voucher you should receive your newsletter after that when the next one is scheduled to be mailed. They are mailed out to the AP holder's home 4X a year. Hope this helped!
