please explain how the free dining is put onto my key...

we are a party of 8 however, we have 2 rooms. if we are staying for 8 nights, do they put on my card 8 snack 8 cs and 8 ts or do they put the grand total on my dh's card?

You will able to use everyone's card for the dining plan. Each card doesn't have the preset amount for each individual person but rather it is pooled on everyones' card. For Instance:
I can use my son's card to purchase dinner one evening and the next day I can use my husband's card to buy lunch. After you purchase your meal it will state how many dining credits you have left including everyone.

Ask the CM that checks you in your resort- they are very helpful. Also you will get a brochure about the dining plan that is very easy to read and very informative- good luck! We are enjoying our 3rd year in a row this coming september for the free dining promo!!

It is separated by room though. You said there are 8 people for 8 nights correct? Just for example, lets say you have 3 adults and 1 kid in room A, and 1 adult and 3 kids in room B.

Room A will have 32 snack credits, 32 CS credits, and 32 TS(24 adults, and 8 kids.

Room B will have 32 snack credits, 32 CS credits, and 32 TS(8 adults, and 24 kids.

Each of the 4 people in each room will have access to all the credits for their room. So, if you all stay together all the time, when it comes time to pay for TS or CS, you'll just need 1 card from each room.

Before our Dec. trip I read here that the credits are seperated by room. We had two rooms at POP. Our credits were pooled all together. That worked best for us, so I was pleased. Then we didn't have to keep track of who had spent what. If you'd rather have them pooled I'd request it.

Wow Katy, I see you are in Qatar. This is Disney expanding the globe. You need to fuel the fire about a Disney in the Middle East. Do you think it would work???????
