Please Critique Our Dining Plans

We did Big River Grille and we were also worried about not being able to make a reservation so on the morning that we knew we were going to eat dinner there we went to the restaurant and the manager put our name down on a reservation list.
Honestly though, we were not very impressed by Big River Grille, mediocre food that you could get anywhere, bad service (they put our desserts down on the table when we were still eating our entrees) and a table facing the wall.

Did you try any other places in the area that you would recommend as alternatives? I looked at Kouzzina and Cape May, but wasn't sure about either one. I do want to stick with a one credit table service option.

Pizza Planet is pretty good surprisingly. And the flatbread pizza at Captain Cooks' at the Poly is so awesome!

I'm trying to use up one last quick service credit on our last day. Is there another quick service at Epcot you might suggest? Via Napoli is a table service, isn't it? We've tried the French bakery and the Mexican quick service before.

I would suggest Sunshine Seasons. I like the QS in Japan too. Will you be there during Flower and Garden festival? When we were there last May, some of my favorite meals were at the F and G Kiosks (the Florida one in particular).
