Please critique my plan for voucher usage

Would you all mind looking over my schedule and tentative plan to see if I've got this voucher thing correct? I want to make sure I know what I need to order for which restaurants before I join hotwire's club. The cast is me, dh, dd 7, dd 2.

11/26 arrive by car in late afternoon. Dinner at Earl of Sandwich and dessert at Ghiradelli--no vouchers needed.

11/27 brkfst in room--no vouchers needed
lunch PS at AK's RFC--will share meals--VKL 1 adlt & 1 chd
dinner--weenie roast at FW campfire--no vouchers needed

11/28 breakfast in room--no vouchers needed
lunch--Epcot, snacking around the world--no vouchers
dinner--in room at POP--share meals--1 or 2 Q & C

11/29 breakfast in room--no vouchers needed
lunch--AK restaurantasaurus--cash
dinner--MGM snacks, or back to hotel for PB&J's--no vouchers needed

11/30 breakfast in room--no vouchers
lunch--Beaches and Cream--share meals--1 or 2 Q & C
dinner--MK Pecos Bill's or Starlight Cafe--share--1 or 2 QC

12/1 breakfast in room--no vouchers
lunch--very late PS for PSB in Epcot--2 adult, 1 child Breakfast vouchers
dinner--Epcot--snack around world--no vouchers

12/2 breakfast in room
lunch--MK--PBJ's or some kind of snacks in Mom's tote bag
dinner--Epcot--more world snacking--no vouchers

12/3 breakfast in room
lunch--Beaches and Cream again--share--2 QC's

So, do I figure this correctly? Would ya'll add/change anything? Any advice?

It all looks pretty good to me! I would just add that you might want to have a couple of Q&C for Epcot. There are quite a few places that you can get a good deal with them. I would check allearsnet.com for more info. Have a great time!!!

I agree with Tiggercrazy- a couple of vouchers for Epcot because they definately have some great places to eat there and you can get some good deals. You are going to have a blast- enjoy. The vouchers always make our WDW times better- since we don't have to count pennies- we just enjoy

The only thing I would change is on 11/29 when you eat counter service lunch in AK. You can get the meal deal at the counter service restuarants in AK. For adults 11.99 and kids 5.99, entree, beverage, popcorn or icecream and another beverage for later. Adults can get the kids voucher and get a kids meal if you want to further cut cost.

I agree with Muffy on the meal plans at AK.

I've had good use of vouchers at the hotel food courts. I also preferColumbia Harbour House
Liberty Square - Magic Kingdom
Counter Service over your choice of MK Pecos Bill's or Starlight Cafe--share--1 or 2 QC.

I like to get the salad and they usually allow a chilli or soup as a side.

My thought is regarding 11/30. Both Beaches & Cream and Pecos Bills are known for their burgers. This may be too much of the same kind of food in one day.

Have you considered the Tangierine Cafe in Morocco in Epcot? Their food is great and a good value for the voucher. I order the Shawarma Platter. It has the best carved lamb (like the kind used in Gyros), tasty bread, couscous, hummas and tabouleh. It is so much food I can never finish it myself. You may be allowed an additional side and frozen tangerine drink if lucky. They have dozens of desserts to choose from. I love their finger / cigar shaped baklava.
