Please Clarify Rumor I heard about F.R.I.E.N.D.S

I heard the T.V show Friends is only coming back for half a season (10th season) in the fall due to all the actors having busy schedules with other things. Is this true? I hope not. I want a FULL season of FRIENDS, especially since it's the last one!!

They are producing a shortened season of Friends for their last season. It was the only way the actors and producers would agree to return for another and now final season. I believe I heard that they will be producing 15 - 18 episodes next year instead of the usual 24.

What a bummer! Friends is one of my favorite TV shows, and I'll really miss not having a full season of the show.
