:confused3 I have been to wdw once 2 years ago and got completely hooked. I REALLY want to check out DL next, but I live on the east coast in Delaware. Would it be worth it, or should I just stick with wdw? tia!!!

There is nothing like the original.

(however, I live on the west coast and have never been to WDW).

I'm biased too, since I am on the West coast. However I have been to both parks and can really appreciate the differences.

I would suggest you check out the Disneyland Trip Reports board. There's a lot of reviews from people who are WDW die hards and experienced DL for the first time this year. Many were pleasantly surprised that they really enjoyed themselves. Others will stick to the East coast. But I think it will give you a really good idea of what to expect.

Let me just say, there's nothing like taking a ride in the Fire Engine down Main Street and knowing that Walt himself used to drive that very vehicle around his original Disney park.

Thank you everyone for the advice. I will check the trip report boards :sunny:

I would at least try DLR, you may fall in love with the park that Walt built.

I've been to both and love going to both. There are some similarities, but there are big differences too. I'd say give it a try and see what you think. You can make a big vacation out if it and see some other California sights while your at it since it isn't as big as WDW.
