Pleasantly surprised

After hearing about long hold time and Mondays being busy I was quite suprised for my call to MS to be answered with no wait. Also got a 1 bedroom at VWL for March 10- 15. Looks like I'll be going "home" for the first time then! I really need something to look forward to right now

I thought the same thing. I had to call this morning to make a change to my reservation and I had expected to be on hold for a long time or would have to call back due to busy signals. I was so surprised that I was able to get right through without being put on hold at all.
