Pleas help with breakfast time?

I would like to reserve a late breakfast/brunch for Chef Mickeys but I am not sure what time is the latest posible.

We will be checking out at 11 and would like to head over to Chef Mickeys for our last ADR.

What is the latest time posible to reserve for breakfast and will the food be fresh if reserved for a late time?

You could call WDW-DINE and ask if your 180 day window has already opened. Chef Mickey's does not serve lunch (outside of the summer free dining offer period) and it would not be difficult for a booking agent to find the last possible breakfast reservation.
