Plaza Restaurant -- Reservations or No?

Hi, Everyone --

Someone told me that the Plaza only takes reservations if you want to eat between 11:00 and noon, or something like that, and the rest of the day it's walk-up only. Is this true?

Sounds really odd to me.

Yes and since they have been doing this the wait times are often less than they were with ADR's. We walked up a few weeks ago on a busy day and waited less than 10 minutes.
