Hi Janelle,

If you do a search on this board you will find many other threads on this topic. Meanwhile, here is a link to their menu:

As you can see, the culinary delights offered here are rather basic. As far as the food quality is concerned, I suggest you try it if the menu appeals to you. Just because others like or dislike it does not mean you will agree!

The Plaza Restaurant is always our first lunch when we arrive at the Magic Kingdom - it's just basic sandwiches and salads!!

We ate lunch here last week and loved it. The food was all real good (well the German Potato salad was fairly bland)and t he service was wonderful.

Hated the food here and LOATHED the "service" (had an hour wait with ADR during regular season). I would skip this. Counter service food at table service prices.

The same menu is served all day so if sandwiches and salads fit your dinner needs, the Plaza is a great choice IMO. My sons and I had a light dinner there one trip. My whole family usually has lunch there every trip.

We've always had very good service and really enjoy the food.

I really like the Plaza Restaurant for a reasonably priced (by Disney standards) sit down meal. I really like the steak and cheese sandwich there. Yum.

We LOVE the Plaza Restaruant, but I agree with the others, for us it is better for lunch. We like a little more for dinner, but if sandwhiches and salads fit your dinner needs it is great. I am not a big salad eater, but they have an amazing Strawberry chicken (or Pear Chicken...depending on the season) salad there that I just can't pass up. Oh now I want the Plaza The restaurant is small, but we have never had an issue getting a table there and seated right away... We generally just show up (no ADR) and are seated within about 10-20 minutes...service has always been great...and the desserts are from the Ice Cream Parlor next door so those are really good too

I haven't eaten at the Plaza yet, but just had to say "hi" to another Janelle. I hardly ever meet anybody with the same name spelled the same way.

Thanks for the replys! I've always wanted to try this place this is the only TS we havn't tried at MK. Then I can say that we've tried them all . Our favorite so far is Crystal Palace so we will see where this one ranks.
