What is the earliest time they start reservations for the Plaza Inn??

I believe it coincides with the time each day when DLR guests can start going on Peter Pan's Flight.

Has anyone tried to get there early and been seated?

So, can you enter the park w/ early plaza inn readies, w/o mm or ee? I think we did this in WDW years ago. Does it work in DL too?

Yes you can, there is a special gate that you go to that's marked for the Minnie's Breakfast. I don't recall what it says exactly, but they'll tell you when you make the reservation. Our first day we are staying offsite, and it is a MM day, which we don't have. MM is 9AM. Regular opening is 10AM that day. My ressies are for 9:10. You just go to that gate and they should have reservation list there.

Yep, this is only time the Minnie & Friends Breakfast is like WDW's Crystal Palace, where you get an extra hour of park time. For those staying in one of the DLR hotels, you will always be losing valuable morning ride time if you eat at Minne & Friends. This is why many DLR guests choose to eat breakfast at the Character Meals in the resorts, and then go to EMH.

If Minnie & Friends is open, you can eat there, as long as you have some type of valid park admission for that day.

Now we only have one day for DL and one for DCA is it worth it to go to the plaza? or should I do another character meal on a day when we are not at the park at on of the resort locations?? any suggestions??

The Minnie & Friends Breakfast is incredible, and although not ideal, I feel it is worth an hour of park time. We will do it one day on our 6 night trip. We'll do other character breakfasts on other days before EMH.
