Plaza Inn Character Breakfast

Heard that Plaza Inn does not take reservations for the character breakfast. Is this true? Are the lines crazy? Plan to be at the gate before opening on a Thursday and head direct to the Plaza Inn. Wondering how long it will take to get in, have breakfast, and back out to the rides. Thanks!!

We eat breakfast there a lot. It is my favorite character breakfast. We also really like Ariels Grotto for dinner.
True you can't make a reservation at the Plaza Inn but we have never had to wait when we have eaten there. Even during the Summer we have not had to wait. We also go first thing after the park opens and this seems to be when the line is the shortest in our experiences.
The food is really good and the character interaction is great! If it is in your budget then I highly recommend it.
