plaza inn breakfast time

For my upcoming trip in June I am going to try to book a breakfast at plaza inn for the hour before the park opens. I am wondering what happens during an extra morning hour.

Does the restaurant open even an hour earlier?

In case I'm being confusing...

Let's say:

DL opens at 9.
Extra hour opens at 8.

Is the earliest breakfast reservation at 8 or 7?

This has been our experience too.

The restaurant doesn't open an hour early during non MM days either. If the opening time is 9 and there is no MM, the restaurant opens around 9:10.

I think the Plaza Inn (at least) has some inconsistencies about when it opens. It looks like it opens 10 minutes after EMH/MM starts on EMH/MM mornings. It opens anywhere from 20 minutes before to 10 minutes after the park opens to the general public depending on when the park opens. At least for the dates that are currently it shows that it opens at 8:40 am on mornings when the park opens at 9:00 am and at 8:10 am on mornings when the park opens at 8:00 am (these are for non-EMH/MM mornings).

My experience is similar to what Figment Jii stated~
On an EMH/MM day, the first ADR is 10 minutes after the EMH/MM begins.
On a non-EMH/MM day, the first ADR was 20 minutes before the park officially opened.
