Plaza Inn ADR time/day help pls

If DL opens at 10:00 (and not a MM) Is a late ADR at Plaza Inn still not a good idea? I remember reading that late ADRs aren't good bc of a lack of characters as they switch over to lunch service, but I'm not sure if that is still true when the park opens this late. Trying to decide between making an ADR on a non MM day where park opens at 10 (available times are 9:50, 10:10, 10:20, 10:30 or 10:40) OR a 9:10 ADR during MM that starts at 9am (we will have already used our MM earlier in the week, and we have 5 full days in the parks).
