Plaza Ice Cream Parlor Breakfast?

I read on a 2017 blog that the Plaza Ice Cream Parlor has Mickey Waffles and the donut sundae during breakfast hours.

My questions are:
A) Do they still do this?
B) If so, is this a place that will be open before rope drop?

Unfortunately, they no longer serve breakfast. You're stuck with Starbucks or the Joffrey carts while on Main St before opening.

Sadly, no more - but Mickey Bars are ubiquitous and are a (nearly) perfect start to any day in the Parks.
