We are a group of ten women in our late 40s that love the beach and cerveca coupled with some Jimmy Buffett and other beachy, lively music. If you plan on relaxing at all- I recommend Jackson Browne! Shocker huh? His stuff totally mellows me out!

"Running on Empty" is the first thing I put on once we hit the open highway, wouldn't be a trip without it.

I have very eclectic tastes when it comes to music but for a vacation I'd personally choose 'kick back' tunes over party tunes. Stuff to play in the back round rather then being the center of attention. Does that make sense?

I'm not a big fan but what about Kenny Chesney's beach tunes? What about the Beach Boys? Some Beach by Blake Shelton?
