Playhouse Disney

My daughter doesn't watch any of the characters in this show. I'm not sure she even knows who any of them are other than pooh, but she isn't a pooh fan. She is 3. Should I still take her to this show? They don't have very much attractions geared toward children in MGM.

Last year we took our DD 3.5 to see Playhouse Disney in DL and she loved it. Before going she only knew Bear in Big Blue House & Pooh. She really liked JoJo, so much that Santa brought her a JoJo DVD. Our DD is very shy and timid about new situations, so she did not get too involved in the getting up and dancing sections, but she still liked it enough to ask to see it again.

Do you have time or the interest in introducing DD to these a bit before going? We often listen to Disney CD's before going to Disney (with snippets of ride music etc.) to gear him up and have some relevance to what's going on. Our DS doesn't watch Bear in BB House, nor does he watch Stanley or Pooh, and I can't even think of the 4th Disney Playhouse thing, but DS does have a good time and enjoys going. He isn't a big get up and dance guy either, but it is fun and VERY kid-friendly. I would suggest trying it!

I would recommend going to the show. It doesn't matter that much if you watch the shows or not. If you do, then you know a little more of the songs they sing but it is not a requirement to participate with everyone. There are a lot of kids who just sit and watch everything going on.
