How do I contact them regarding programming? Can't seem to find anything on their website. I am very upset with the recent changes. Anyone else?
Doodlebops: awful
Breakfast with Bear: awful
Charlie & Lola: Awful

Bear in the Big Blue House: taken off
Stanley: shortened
Koala Brothers: replaced with BWB

Don't know. I know my DD 5 year old has switched to Nickolodean b/c of the changes.

Don't know how to contact them but I totally agree with you. And I am sick to death of the wiggles! Doodlebops are creepy.

the Koala Brothers are still on

And Out of the Box is off too.:( I love Vivian. princess:

I hate the changes!

Doodlebops is the most annoying show I have ever seen! DS watched Bear in the Big Blue House every morning when we were getting ready, and now it is Doodlebops. He keeps asking me to turn Bear on :guilty:

For awhile my kids were always watching Playhouse Disney with Stanley, the Koala Brothers and Higgleytown Heroes. Now everytime I turn it on, they don't want to watch it. Neither of them like the Doodlebops. My DD likes Charlie and Lola because we had borrowed a book of theirs at the library one time. I didn't like the show or the book though. I suppose every channel goes through these cycles, but I agree that the programming available right now doesn't compare with what was taken off.

Ya know, DD said the other day that Stanley used to be 2 episodes and now there's only one. I thought maybe she missed the other but has it really been shortened to one? I don't let my kids watch the doodlebops. There's something wrong there and I can't put my finger on it so we'll stay away.

Thankfully we used to TIVO Bear In The Big Blue House and we have one episode saved. Emily likes the Doodlebops, but they creep me out. I also hate Breakfast with Bear. We miss Tutter and Ojo!

The doodlebops scare me!!! My little brother used to watch Stanley all the time, but it seems like it is hardly on. Charlie and Lola is okay. I can't believe that they dropped Bear and the Big Blue House! :sad2:

sad to say...I have Nick on most of the morning now, my little one loved playhouse disney ( as did I) but with the changes - she now prefers dora the explorer and Blue's clues

I'm not too crazy about the new shows either. If it's not broke, don't fix it! Ugh!! I do enjoy the Higglytown Hero's, however.

I always liked PB&J Otter. Bring it back, please.

This was our favorite. We also liked Out of the Box, Bear and the Big Blue House, The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh (never really liked the Book of Pooh)and Stanley. Seems like they are obessed with change. There is nothing wrong with keeping some of the favorites....as children grow the younger ones will become fans!

I'm unhappy with the changes too...went to turn on Bear at 6:30 last week and saw those scary Doodlebops instead. Blech!

I did manage to Tivo one episode of Bear this past weekend (Sunday at 6 or 6:30 a.m.) but we're watching a lot more Noggin' these days.

My son used to love Spot - that was a few years ago.

Nickelodeon has dropped all our favorite shows too, though. My son's favorites were Rubbadubbers, Little Bear, Oswald, and Little Bill.

We also liked Paddington, but I forget which channel he was on.

Anyway - what do all these have in common? They are low-key shows, not a million bright colors and screaming in your face.

Oswald and Little Bear are on Noggin a couple times a day if you happen to have cable. No commercials on Noggin either (but lots of songs and other clips in between shows).

Same here. That, and PBS Kids :)

Yep, Noggin and PBS Kids here too. My soon to be 3 year old hasn't wanted to watch Disney channel in a long time. I can't remember the last time we watched it, but I was looking forward to watching the shows with the new baby. I can see that isn't going to happen now.
