Playhouse Disney Live Question

I am hoping someone can answer this for me. Is the Playhouse Disney Show in DHS relatively the same show as what you will see when attending Playhouse Disney Live on Stage on tour at your local arena??? We are going to WDW in Dec with DS4 and plan to see it then, but I got an email from Ticketmaster that the show is coming to our hometown arena in November. I don't want to spend $100 on tix for this if it is the same thing we can see for free a month later in DHS. Anyone know?

We love the show at MGM (coughDHScough)!! I imagine the tour is an expanded version, but I can't say for sure. The park show is, what, 20 minutes? DS3 & DNiece6 loved the park version.

I haven't seen the live touring show, but we just saw the HS version two weeks ago. The one at HS is 22 minutes long, and features puppet versions of Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, Little Einsteins, My Friends Tigger and Pooh and Handy Manny. It's only 22 minutes long and features four mini stories per each show. It was cute, but I imagine the touring show is much longer, and I think that one has live performers and actual characters.

I've seen both and can assure, they're not the same at all! PHD at DHS is a puppet show, where as the Live touring show has full sized costumed characters, and even real "people" who play the characters like Little Einsteins, Handy Manny, and Darby. I was really bummed with the show at DHS, I wish Bear would come back, but we really enjoyed PHD Live when we saw it locally last year (although my goodness it was expensive!!!).

Thanks to everyone for the info (& photos). Maybe it IS worth the $$ to see the real show with people; then if we're pressed for time and can't get to the one in DHS, I can just tell DS4 he's already seen it.

Looks like a very fun show. One that DD (and DS for that matter) would love to see. She loved the PHD show at DHS.
