Has anyone done the Playhouse Disney breakfast?? How was the food?? What was served??Characters?? Would you go back??

I did the lunch, 11:50 ADR's, two years in a row. This September and last. MY kid LOVED it. It's very fun for kids, they play and interact with the kids constantly. I only know the lunch food, it was fine but nothing fantastic. The real draw is the characters. Be warned, though, that it's noisy and your child might not even sit down to eat. It's like Chuck E Cheese - they love it, but you need a nice quiet moment after it's over. :rotfl:

We are eating there in October and I can't wait! My dd is going to just love it!!!

We are doing lunch here in December and I think it's one of the meals I am looking forward to the most. My kids are going to love it to.

We enjoyed the breakfast. It was just basic breakfast buffet food, there were some pastries and fruit also. Nothing stands out as being great, but it was all good, if that makes sense. The characters were Jojo and Goliath, and June and Leo from the Little Einsteins. My DS loved it!

Surprisingly, this turned out to be one of our favorite meals on one of our last trips. The kids had a blast dancing with all the characters and just interracting. I actually liked that they would then tell the kids go back and eat some breakfast so you can dance again (didn't make me the bad guy). The food was standard, yogurts, eggs, pancakes and a few other things - i really don't recall. It won't set your world on fire, but was perfectly adequate. It was Jo Jo, Goliath, June and Leo.

It is loud though- my dad needed an aspirin later!:rotfl:

Sounds like I should give it a try.

Most definitely! As prior posters mentioned the food is good and fresh, but not memorable. But the character interaction is great, and there are a lot more chances to sing and get up and dance than at other character breakfasts. In addition to the characters there are a few cast members who sort of MC the activites, lead everyone in singing Playhouse Disney songs and get the kids up to dance. It's very nicely done.
