Is there a playground at the BCV? I know that I have seen a schedule for some crafts at BCV as well, but do you know where they take place?

DH and I are staying at the BWV on Saturday night, we all check into the BCV on Sunday. Can the DGC use the BWV community hall Sunday afternoon at the BWV in case our BCV room isn't ready and it's not conducive to swimming on Sunday before we head out to the MVMCP on Sunday?

yes she can.

if SSR is doing something - she can go over there, too.

playground trying to think. DVC generally builds playground - but just don't remember one at BCV.

I think you are correct, Pat. I don't remember a playground at BCV either. There might be one at the BC or the YC, though.

When they do activities at the BCV, it's usually in the Breezeway (like how to fold a towel animal) or at Stormalong Bay.

There's a very small playground. ...or at least one piece of playground equipment near the kiddie pool (which is near the sandbar area).

Thank you all for the information and the picture. Here's hoping that the kids who live in Boston will think the weather is just fine to swim in. That playground equipment is too near the pool to be used without bathing suits!

This is their first stay not at VWL...which may have been a better choice for this visit weatherwise.

you could go to BW - they have a nice playground - again close to the pool.

Bobbi - Seriously, I think your kids from Boston will be able to swim at SAB anytime of the year!!

PS- there is also playing on the beach in the sand. No swimsuit required and some chairs for the supervisors. They also sell the kids meals in a sand bucket at Hurricane Hannah's.

lisareniff, you are so positive! Thank you for the encouragement!

At our last visit there this past July, there was a CM putting out lots of games on one of the large carpets in the lobby for anyone to play. I think this was usually about 2-4pm if I am remembering correctly.
