Platinum Plan?--Any way to get advance info prior to booking?

I am considering the platinum plan for my possible upcoming trip in October. I know the Fireworks cruises book at 180 days but was wondering if there was a # to call to find out on the off chance if there was an opening prior to booking the platinum plan?

You could always call the main WDW number and find out.
