Platinum Package Question

I can't find a definitive answer anywhere, so I am hoping you all can help. Is is possible to book the premier or platinum package when you belond to DVC? Or is it only for people who are booking a room?

You can't book any special Disney package when you reserve a DVC unit on points. All you can get is the regular Disney Dining Plan at the regular price.
