plates and cups in studios at the boardwalk

Hi everyone....less than one week till we check intothe boardwalk.... my question is .... i know at one point they took out the dishes, cups and silverware in the studios there and replaced them with paper/plastic. Have they since gone back to real plates and glasses????

You get paper plates, and small paper bowls. There are real glasses and ceramic mugs and plastic cutlery.

As far as I know, DVC studios never had real plates .

I agree, if they were real plates and bowls it had to be before 2005 since that's when I joined.

As far as I know, the dishes and silverware were always paper/plastic and still are. I think what you are thinking of is the cups/glasses. After the news story about glasses not being cleaned between guests at hotels (everywhere), they put in styrofoam cups. They have since gone back to glass after installing a commercial dishwasher at the hotel to clean them.
