plans for summer

First Im going to Disney from June 26th (I think thats the start date) untill July 7th! On the 7th I start my new job. I am assistent directing a local childrens theatre's summer show.

I am in West Side Story, Rosalia, so I will be busy with rehearsals.

I have a few auditions in New York and Stagesource auditions...so I will also be busy preparing for those.

This summer I'll be:
  • Hanging out with my friends
  • .. And begging my mom and dad to take us to Hawaii!

June:
16-19 cheer practice
27-30 cheer camp

July:
4 4th of July

other stuff that don't have a date:
  • hanging out with my friends
  • beach
  • getting a job, i can only work at publix b/c i'm not 16 yet
  • orlando family vacation
  • more cheerleading stuff
  • working out for track/ just to stay in shape and not lose strength

Work, work, and more work. lol. I've got to be able to afford next semester so I need jobs, heh. I have one set in place already as I was asked to be a sort of "co-musical director" for our schools' Summer Theater musical. They are doing "Once Upon a Mattress" so for the next couple months I will literally be living and breathing the score to all that music - I get to teach students from ages 13-20 the music, their parts (alto, tenor, soprano, etc.) and make sure they know how to read their music. I will basically teach them all of this during rehearsals and then the actual music director will conduct them during show time.

I am currently job hunting for a second job. I've got about 16-17 applications out now and I'm still sending apps out. Had an interview Thursday and hopefully I can get another one soon.

Aside from work, I'll be in WDW July 22nd-29th. So excited! Also, my friends and I are going to try and plan another trip to Boston. It's only about an hour away from me and even closer for some of my friends so it's a good hub to meet in lol. Plus, I LOVE Boston!! lol.

On June 18th we're planning on heading to Cape Cod (my family and I) as we do every year with my grandparents.

June 14th I have to take the Literacy MTEL exam for teacher licensure. It's the first half of what I need to take in order to be certified. The other half is the subject area exam. For me, that would be all English material.

I am sure there is more but I can't remember right now haha.
