How is everyone handling wait times with no fast passes?

We rope dropped, took an afternoon break, and then hopped to a different park. Rope drop helped a lot with reducing morning waits. During our early afternoon breaks, I would use the lines app to gage wait times and go on those rides in the evening. It worked out pretty well for us.

We were flexible about what to ride. I didn’t want to RD with our toddler, so I accepted that we wouldn’t ride the super popular rides, and we did other things instead. We still rode almost everything and the waits were ok. Didn’t ride 7 dwarves or FoP

We were there 8/7-8/13. Wait times for the headliners are crazy long by mid-morning, and waits for almost everything at HSand MK are long by noon. We had 4 day hoppers, and originally had 2 days HS, 1 day MK, and 1 day AK with plans to hop to Epcot. We switched our AK day for a 2nd MK day after we realized really how exhausting it is to stand in long lines in the heat and how little we got done on our first MK morning. That gave us 2 days to rope drop MK and HS and get on headliners with less waiting. We hopped to AK a couple of afternoons, and waits for everything except FOP were very doable. At 3:00 we rode EE 3x in 30 minutes using single rider. We also used mobile order while standing in line, then picked up our food/snack and sat in the shade for a break every couple of hours.
