Years ago when we to Disney I bought I book, Disney on a Budget, I think. It really helped keep our cost low, and had great resources for tickets, hotels, food, etc. Also lots of helpful tips, where to go first in parks, ways to minimize time in line, etc. It was great. We were there Christmas week did not have any problems with crowds and only had to wait in line once.

Anything like that for Universal? Book or website?

The best advise I found for Universal came from searching this board. I had very little luck finding a book that could match the info here.
