Doing good here. We actually just put up our Christmas tree LOL. Since we have an artificial one this year, it was a good time to I guess. My mom wanted it up for my birthday next Saturday lol.

Hehehe, we will be putting up our tree on Thanksgiving Day, we always do.

My trip was good, was staying at a hotel with family for the weekend. DBF came to visit yesterday and gave me my anniversary card which he owed me. It had a lovely message too.

Not much else going on here, work is going to be a nightmare for the next few months. Dbf and I are starting to plan a Disney trip in June though!!


Question for you guys...ever had problems between your friends and dbf? About a month ago dbf met my best friend, his girlfriend and a few others from out little group and it went HORRIBLE. They ignored him all night, didn't ask him one thing about himself and sat him at the end of the table so he didn't really interact with anyone. I am kinda irritated with my best friend since we treated his girlfriend the EXACT opposite when we met her last June. He doesn't get it and says its all my fault and if dbf doesn't want to hang out with them ever again, it's OUR problem. We have been friends since we were 16 but he's being a jerk about this. I'm stuck here.

Oh Mandy, that's terrible! I really don't know what to say about the situation. It sounds like your best friend is just trying to make this hard on you....is there any reason you can think of why?

This might be a long shot, but maybe he's jelaous? Is that a possibility?

I don't think it's jealousy...although the first thing he told me after that dinner was he didn't think dbf was "good enough" for me...that made me even angrier since he didn't take the time to even get to know him.

I talked this his girlfriend about it and she kinded of sided with me...although she automatically takes his side, lol. He's being hard headed...he just left me a voicemail yelling at me saying he did nothing wrong, in fact he thinks he did everything right!

I don't really have trouble with my girlfriends and guy friends, they all know my DBF and get along with him rather well. Though sometimes my best girlfriends get carried away and kind of not include him in conversations, mostly because they view him as a young boy, hehe, but I don't think anyone does it in a disrespectful manner.

I am however having issues with one of DBFs best friends as I said a few pages back.
