For our November trip our two DSs will be 5.5 yo and almost 4 years old.

The one night that MK has late EMH happens to be the only night I could get a reservation for Chef Mickey's (7pm) which is also their normal bedtime.

So at this point I'm thinking that this will be the day that we just push them really hard for a midday nap, and since we're keeping them up late for dinner at CM might as well make a it a super late night and walk back to the park and catch wishes.

I'm trying to decide what I want the first half of our day to look like if the second half looked like this:

-3pm: back to CR to rest/nap
-7pm: CM dinner then walk to MK
-10pm: Wishes
-10:30: Walk back to CR/bedtime

Would making that day our all MK day be too much overkill? Do you think the kids would do better to do a different park that morning before the afternoon rest and a night at MK? Or should I make it an all MK day? Thoughts? We'll have three other full park days so I don't want it to be a total rest day before dinner, but can't decide what the morning should look like.

It doesn't seem like your schedule would be MK overkill at all especially since you are taking a big break, from 3 to after 8:00 and will also be doing the other parks for full days. If you don't want to start too early go after rope drop around 9:00 do a bunch of rides, eat lunch, do more rides and then leave when the kids start getting tired or leave a bit earlier then 3:00 if they aren't up for it.
