Planning Session Question-FOOD

I just got my kit for my planning session. I see that for the tasting we have to fill out what we want to try. Do I have to stick to the menu they provided?? We were hoping to have the cheese soup from Le Cellier.

We were told you can request anything you would like. If it's from a restaurant, just make sure to put it's name down. We had dishes from Jiko, Sanaa, and Yak and Yeti. Nothing we tasted was on their wedding menus... they're more like guidelines than rules. And everything turned out amazing (even flatbreads!).

Many Brides have had the Cheese Soup, I think you're good to request it!

I requested the cheese soup for my planning session this past March and it wasn't a problem at all. I also requested 4 hor d'ourves (sp?) which wasn't listed as an option, but they accommodated anyway.
