Planning ride order...

I have been searching and cannot find info about what order to ride rides in the parks. Anyone know where I can find any of theses threads?? I have already planned what park on what day. Just looking for some other time saving ideas.

It drastically depends on the rides you want to do. You can post a proposed itinerary and ask people to let you know what they think or you can try a site such as the sponser for this board tour guide Mike for his planned itineraries.

You can subscribe to touring plans.com (it wouldn't let me type that as a link -- maybe because TGM is a sponsor?) or www.tourguidemike.com for some great suggestions on touring plans. As for books, try the unofficial Guide or Passporter, too.

I vote for the Unofficial Guide--it has many touring plans and info on just about anything you have a question about (800 pages worth!) I got it back in the summer to plan our trip for next month, and I LOVE it ! Very humorous, too.

Well, you can either use one of the touring plans as suggested above, or you can just decide for yourself what you want to do. Either way, I'd read the Unofficial Guide first, as it talks about what times of the day each ride is likely to have the shortest lines. That should help you in coming up with your own touring plan.

Another vote for the Unofficial Guide and the Passporter. They are both fabulous and the only books that I recommend to others. Depending on when you are going really depends on the touring plans. During the slower months, you can flex your plans.
