Hi everyone,
Can anyone help me with these questions?

1. We are going to Disney in February (6th to 20th) - what are the Disney parks opening hours likely to be at that time of year (the Disney site only has the next 6 months) and what time do the fireworks shows tend to be?

2. For February, realistically how far in advance do you need to be making advance reservations for meals at Disney theme parks and resorts? e.g. for the character meals and normal meals at the popular restaraunts. Surely I don't need to be ringing USA 180 days in advance every day for 2 weeks? Do people generall book a few things in advance (such as character meals) then just book the rest on the day in the morning or go to the "fast food" places?

3. Is it posssible to make WDW dining reservations online? (and if not, why not?!)

Thanks!
Matthew

1. No way to predict hours other than to look at last year's hours and schedule. I believe there are web sites that archive this information, but sorry, I don't have a link for you.

2. You're always better off making ADRs at the 180 day mark. If you're staying at a Disney resort, you can make them for ten more days past the 180 mark. Given that, you should only have to call twice for your 2 week visit. Remember that you can alawys cancel ADRs that you decide not to use, but it's better to have them so you don't miss out on restaurants that you really want to visit.

3. You have to call. Why? You'll have to ask Disney.

this past February's park hours. As with financials past performance does not guaranty future performance.

If you are interested in a specific restaurant and specific dining times then it is a good idea to make your ADRs well in advance. There are some restaurants that book quickly even in slow times e.g. Le Cellier, California Grill around Wishes, Cinderella's Royal Table and Crystal Palace before the park opens. February is a lower attendance period but MLK day falls within your window. Generally three day weekends have heavier attendance. One good piece of news is that if you are staying at a Disney property you can make ADRs for the first ten days of your stay at the 180 day mark.

No you cannot make ADRs online and I have no idea why not.
