Hey hey hey!!!

Our trip is so close I can't believe it!

This week I have began organising, I ordered the boys their autograph books and personalised mickeys Santa hats from the Disney store, I plan on putting them, along with a few other treats, colouring book, magazine etc in a little bag to give them when we board the Eurostar

We have also had hoodies made for the boys with a big starburst on the back and their names in the Disney font, they'll be given these before we leave the house so they'll be Snuggly and warm on the journey

We have also booked a few of our meals, Cafe Mickey for DH birthday and The Steakhouse for our last night

And today a really exciting bit, I'll be ordering our euros for home delivery on Monday!!

I really can't wait!!

OMG sounds amazing. The year we went before christmas, I ordered personilised beanie teddies in christmas tree's from the disney store online, and put them on their beds when we got to the hotel

3 sleeps to go for our trip..... Your planning sounds fantastic. It hadn't crossed my mind to get personalised hats or owt like that for my DD. But I've got her a gorgeous Minnie Mouse rucksack and have various Disney things in it to keep her amused on the flight. We're pretty much all set to go now, barring the packing.

All this planning is exhausting! Can't wait to just get there and start enjoying the fun.

We'll be setting off on Wednesday! Got our euros this week! The goody bag for the car has been done for ages and I have loads of snacks and drinks to take in the park with us, iv packed for ds1 bar underwear, shoes and coats! And have things in piles all over our room for us, going to pack them this weekend!
We're off to town tomorrow to pick the rest of the bits up we need sooo excited now!

This is our second Christmas trip, we fell in love with DLP at Christmas then.

You sound more organised than me - I've lost my Santa hat from last year and my Chante C'est Noel CD which should be on the car stereo by now...

I nearly ordered some Euros today, then decided to wait, not sure what I'm waiting for...? Still need to re-arrange our holiday insurance and book our meals but I want to pin DH down to agree to them first!

Your hoodies sound fab - would love to see photos!

Still need to sort out snacks, autograph book, activities, decide on which dresses DD's taking, find some glitter hairspray, check first aid kit & re-stock, clear memory card & video camera, as well as Euros & travel insurance already mentioned.

So close for you guys

The boys did have the exact Santa hats but my mums dog decided to eat them! Silly dog!

I will take pictures of the hoodies tomorrow and get them posted

It always seems like there is so much to do in the final run up doesn't it? Can feel a bit overwhelming at times ! You still have a really fun bit left to do though, the choosing of the princess dresses! must be so much girly fun! Is Isabelle happy to only take a few or is she the kind of little lady that wants to take them all?

I'm leaving the organising of memory cards and all things electrical to Steve, although I will double check everything, in 2010 he was left to sort these things and forgot the charger for the camera!!

You'll be doing your SDD so yes lady, get cracking!!

Gosh I know what you mean about all this planning! Last year was the 1st time that I planned (after DIScovering this board!!) as we took our 2 year old DD. Now going back in 10 days time with my 7& half month son also so even more planning required. I have so many lists on the go!! Am so glad the programme has been announced so can finish off the final planning so hopefully we dont miss anything. DD is character & princess mad! Its great I dont feel like the only one. Roll on disney!!

I've got my DW a personalised Christmas hat this year too. They are great! Don't forget to collect the Disneyland activity packs from the Eurostar station to keep your little ones occupied on the train journey.

Do those jumpers come in adult sizes too?
