Planning on a 4N double dip

On past cruises, I have been on cruises that were similar to previous cruises (for example taking a 7N Eastern) so I could look at previous Navigators and get a feeling when events would take place (such as bingo, "tastings" or classes).

We will be taking the 4N double dip in June. How can I get a feeling of when these "special events" take place so I can plan ahead? As far as I know, things like the Tastings can't be booked prior to boarding, but I would like to be able to plan and board the ship and go right to the desk and make my reservations knowing when they are as opposed to learning right and sorting things out.

As you know, you will get a Navigator at the terminal at check in. It will have the locations to go to to sign up for tastings (GS in my experience is the place to go) This will also have the times and days for the tastings based on type.In my experience, Cognac tastings are in the late evening at Cove or Meridian (10:00 or 10:30 most often)

I am sure you already will have the app downloaded and that can give you the entire weeks worth of activities and you could mark your favorites too.

I know about getting the first Navigator prior to boarding, but it's also the subsequent days I am interested in. On previous voyages, I knew when things took place for the entire cruise so I was prepared when I went to the desk.

I was not aware that the app populates for the entire trip. How far in advance of departure does the app populate?

I am pretty sure it is a go when you are in the terminal and checked in. Anything sooner than that and all it shows is the countdown to cruise.
The Navigator at the terminal will have the tasting times and locations on it for the entire week. It will also have the movie schedule on it as well for the week.
