I will be in disney with a large group of kids. Sept 15 - 22

I found the park hours but can't seem to figure out when each parks, shows and parades start and how long they are. I want to try to see as much as possible..

Also I'm trying to order a cool cake to be sent to our POP room for my husband Birthday. I saw the cake thread but can't figure out how to order..

Thanks for any info

Sarah

I am notoriously bad about keeping up with phone numbers. I just call the dining ARD number @ WDW for everything.:lmao: They've always been helpful and connected me with whomever I needed for whatever concern. I'm sure they could point you in the right direction for cake ordering and and EMH info.

I know that planning a trip can sometimes be very overwhelming (especially when you are going with a large group).

If you have 8 or more people in your group (children under 3 do not count) you can register your group for a grand gathering. This entitle you group to participate in events that are not offered to small groups. These events do require extra payment they are not free. You can call 407-wdw-magic and register your group. It is free. All you need are the reservation numbers for everyone traveling with your party. They will give you a special reservation number that you can then use to book the special grand gathering events. If you go to disney.com and type grand gatherings in the search box it will bring up the page and you will be able to find out all of the events they off and the cost and reservation process for each event.

If you have and ADR on the night of your husbands birthday you can call the restaurant directly and order a cake that will be delivered to your table at the proper time. You will be required to order this at least 48 hours in advance and it must be paid for at the time of order.

Also when you check in let them know at the front desk that you are celebrating a birthday and a birthday card will be delivered to your room for your hubby. My husband had this done for me. It was an autographed picture of Jasime and Alladin wishing me a happy birthday. When you get into any of the parks stop at guest relations and tell them that its your hubby's birthday and they will give him button to wear that says "Today is my birthday". I had characters yelling happy birthday to me from parade floats. It was so much fun. Everyone make a big deal out of your birthday.
