Planning for the "next one"?

We leave in a few weeks for WDW and I think I'm already over it . I'm already more excited planning the trip for next year! Is anyone else like this?! I think I need therapy or maybe just never actually go to WDW just keep planning (I could save a lot of money this way ).

We always start planning our next trip usually on the first day of a current trip. It's like once I get there I start feeling like it's all going to end so fast. So, I start sending out thoughts, ideas, lodging, and dates to DH from the minute we hit Orlando.

I booked our 2006 last week and we don't leave for a few more days this year. Your not alone in loving the planning aspect!

Same here, I always start thinking about my next trip before I even leave for my trip!! I love planning. I am planning 2 trips for next year!! Already thinking about my dining options!!

Planning is sooo much fun. Not quite as fun as being there but it is the next best thing.

As soon as I had all ADR's and my travel docs, I felt a lull. Yep, I started planning next years! We're already booked!

A week after we got back we booked our next trip.
We bought 10 day non-expire passess and used 3 days so we figured we need to use the rest of the days in the near future.

Who knows, after the next trip we will have 3 days left over for another weekend trip later down the line.
It's so much fun and it helps me stay sane through work and stressful family situations.

Well, we started planning next Aug (06) trip when we were there in Aug (05).

THEN we decided we wanted a March trip, so we started planning that! The March trip is booked, flight paid for, tickets bought, so all that is left for that one is maybe a tour (we don't do ADRs, I know, I know.)

Aug trip is still a blank canvas, except for the dates.

I've now started helping friends and co-workers plan their trips to Disney! That way I get my "rush" from planning, but I'm not spending the $$$. I try to get the best deals - airfare, hotel, rental car. It's a hobby for me that I so enjoy!

My family and yours can work together on this. You keep planning and booking and we'll go!!!!

In all serious, I don't do that, but being a Disney addict like the rest of us, nothing is unthinkable!

We are going 12/8-12/12/05. Last week I booked our trip for 12/06 I'm so excited for that one because my whole family will be going

I'm the exact same way. On my Oct '05 trip, my mom and I were already talking about another trip to WDW. Now that trip is fully planned out and booked (Jan. '06).
We leave for Disneyland this December and WDW in January....I'm already done with the planning so we're over it. The conversation usually just is "I'm excited for Disneyland and WDW......ok enough of that.....so about Disneyland Paris."
We're now planning a Disneyland Paris trip for Dec. '06.

I'm with Snoozan-------I love it when a friend or co-worker asks for my help to plan their WDW trip. They think I'm wonderful because I go all out to help with every little detail but in reality I'm getting my "Disney planning fix". It really gets me through in between trips.

Our next trip is in (see counter below). We've already been talking about the trip after that. Hoping to take our first Christmas trip in '07. Our oldest daughter should be married by then. Me, DW, youngest DD, oldest DD, & her husband. Now if I can figure a way to save the $$$...

Gotta LOVE the planning!!! I'm not a happy girl unless I have a Disney trip "on deck"!!! Right now I have TWO to look forward to!! So now I am DOUBLE HAPPY!!!

I always seem to have a trip in the planning stages. I leave in 5 days for this trip and I just booked part of my stay at BWV for Oct '06 this week.

Think of how much you can prepare. It will be a great trip!
