Hey Ya'll...

Finally got our FTP booked at the CRB! DH and I will be there from Sat 9/13 through Sunday 9/21, we are both 28 and have no children and we LOVE food! Oh, this is our first trip to WDW, to celebrate a belated 4th wedding anniv.

We arrive early afternoon on Sat. 9/13 so will probably had a very light lunch at the CBR food court.

I would like to plan for four very nice dinners during our stay. For lunches we will do a light counter service and we are not typically breakfast eaters at all.

I have gone over all the menus. I think we would like to stick to the resorts for our "nice dinners" as it will give us a chance to explore other resorts. For the 4 "nice dinners" here are some of my ideas:

Artiste Point
California Grill
Flying Fish
Narcooses
Citricos
JIKO

Obviously I will have to elimate two of those meals. I think we are totally sold on Artiste Point and Narcooses but that could change.

We will be renting a car so transportation is not an issue. Typically when we go out to a nice dinner her we spend around 130.00 or so (not including tip).

DH has expressed interest at eating @ Wolfgang Puck's also. On one of our off nights I think we will try the Cape May Clam Bake. Typically we hate buffets but this one sounds decent.

Any thoughts?
Thanks :)

I can only comment on Wolfgang Puck's. DH and I dined there twice on our last trip as the food, service, and atmosphere was very well worth it! The sushi was to die for and the dessert was so good it made me wanna "slap my momma"! :p

Thanks TiggerLover91!

I think that on our arrival day we will plan for an evening at Wolfgang Puck's and Downtown Disney.

I thought I was the only one that said "it was so good you could slap your mamma"

:)

I have to agree on Wolfgang Puck's. We dined upstairs and it was unbelievable. It was by far our favorite restaraunt.

We are 2 30-something's that love disney and don't have any children.

Last trip, we did the gold package so we managed to try quite a few restaraunts.

I don't know if you condsidered Cali Grill....but that was our second favorite.

We also loved Coral Reef and Le Cellier.

I see that it was not one of your picks - but please consider the Kona Cafe at the Poly (right on the monorail). It is a great meal - adult oriented, and the poly is so romantic!

The Kona Cafe.... goodness, I have read wonderful things and forgot it on my list. How on Earth do ya'll narrow done your dinner choices?

My mom and step-dad and sister and brother in law are all very interested in us scoping out the disney property. We are all thinking of planning a family trip there next year. I guess what we dont try this time we will save for next time around.

So far the only thing we know for sure is Wolfgang Puck's. Maybe I will just put the other choices in a hat and decide that way :)

Happy Day All!

I haven't eaten there (yet- we have our PS all set tho), but DH and I had a cocktail up at the California Grill----one word about the view----breathtaking. And I have heard fantastic reviews of the food.
