Planning for August

Hi!

We're heading to the World 8/15-8/22....I haven't added dining yet because I'm waiting until they announce free dining dates. However, when it comes to ADR's, should I make reservations at the 180 day mark even without knowing if it will be free dining? Does a dining plan change my reservation any? Like if I booked in February will they ask if I'm on a dining plan? We're not planning on booking very many but would like to do at least a special breakfast and a special dinner while we're there. (No need for a character meal--DD (only child) will be 12 when we go.)

Those are our dates as well. We are room only but will add package with dining at some time. The cm gave me the date of Feb 13th for ards window. I plan to make ards at that time. Happy planning.
