planning for 2013 already!!

I am planning our family trip for our first stay onsite in 2013.... had to push back a year as we are expecting a baby again!

We will have a 6 year old 3 year old and 1 year old when we go. My husband loves bonnet creek for the space, extra bedrooms so
kids can sleep while we stay up. I loved it too but really want to stay onsite once. What resort would everyone recommend? I would love BLT but hard to justify 500 per night there for just the room.

Should i
stay with bonnet creek?

Rent a reservation from a DVC member. You will save $$. OKW is one of the DVC resorts that offers the most space in the villa, while BLT being great for it's location to MK will offer less space in the villa.

Renting through David might cost slightly more, but you will probably have a better piece of mind.

There are some things to be aware of when renting a DVC reservation. The owner is in complete control of the reservation until you check in. If you want to have the DDP or use ME, the owner needs to be the one to put that on the reservation for you. If you chose the DDP, that will need to be paid for in full at the time you add it to the reservation. In MOST cases there is a NO cancellation policy. Once you're in, you're in.

If you can feel comfortable with these things, renting from a member can be a wonderful experience. You don't mention what time of year you will be visiting WDW, but you should know what resort you want to stay at and what days, then be prepared to find a member (or David's) roughly one year in advance. Members can reserve a room 11 months before the check in date for their home resort and 7 months before the check in date for the other resorts.
