Planning for 2010

My husband and I are expecting our first child a daughter in June and cannot wait to go back to Disney World. We had our honeymoon there in 2006 and have had two other trips planned but due to unforseen circumstances had to cancel them both.
My husband thinks that two is a good age to take a child since they will be old enough to get it and understand and still be fun for us too. So I am already trying to plan my trip. My dad might even go with us so it will be extra special.

Does anyone have any thoughts on taking a two year old or do you think we could all enjoy it if we took her any earlier. We are planning on going in June of 2010 so it would be a bday trip too.

We amy be going in early 2010. I hope it is closer to November 2009, but we want to go to Disney at the same time we visit the harry Potter park at Universal. Opening dates are a little up in the air, but we may be 2010 too. Good luck with your planning and new little one!

We took our kids right after DS 10 turned 2. He had a great time. Just be sure to plan for nap time. We went in October and he had turned 2 in August. It was a wonderful time. I just looked through my scrapbook to check the Month. Aw, I miss my little boys!

We are planning a Jan 2010 trip, also hoping the Harry Potter park will be open at Universal. I do hope to get a couple days in at WDW but my boys really want to do some coasters next trip....more than what WDW offers.

Anyways, you will have a great time with a 2 year old!

Yeah I cannot wait. I really would like to do june since it would be her bday but I really want to go at xmas time and my husband wants to go during halloween. So im not sure what time we will end up going. I also dont want to be there when it is extremly hot. When we went for outr honeymoon we went the end of APril beginning of May and it was really nice.

We are planning to go May 2010 to celebrate my graduation.. it seems sooo far away, but the planning is fun Our youngest dd will be 2yrs and 4 mos then.

we will be going back in 2010 too but I'm just not sure when. We are still busily planning our 09 visit.
