I'm new here...long time lurker...first time posting...so I apologize now if my question has been asked a zillion times.

Planning a trip in February. And like a lot of folks, I'm a planner and I have purchased a binder to put everything in.

Curious what tabs/how you organize your binders for those of you who have done a planning binder.

Do you break it up like reservations, maps, resort, parks?
individual days?

etc.

Thanks!

Welcome lacrownz! I love building our binder! With that being said, we don't get too crazy! Some people plan out every ride for every day, etc. we don't get that crazy. But if that's you-more power to you, it just doesn't suit our travel style. So here's how we divide it up:
Printout confirmation of our reservation
A calendar letting us know when each reservation needs to be made: room, dining, any tours, special events, and now fast passes
A printout of all possible dining options followed by a calendar of where we'll eat each day
This normally also has several samples of what we might do before the master is set in
A list of TS where we've eaten, when, & if we liked it.
Recently we've added a list of possible FP for each person as well as height requirements
Since we're DVC members, we also have a spreadsheet for point usage. It contains year, what we did with the points, what dates we traveled, how many points where used, & point balanced.

Hope this helps. Have fun!
